Drinking tea — research shows it to be a healthy activity, because tea contains antioxidants that help fight cancer and even slow the aging process. Vitamin C, found in some teas, helps fight illnesses and colds. Some teas contain polyphones, which strengthen teeth by reducing plaque and also help aid digestion by increasing the flow of digestive juices in the stomach.

Tea, in short, has many healing properties. Here are 10 natural healing tea therapies.

1. Black Tea

Black tea blends are the most popular in the Western world. After the leaves are picked, they go through full fermentation that makes the leaves darken to almost black. Black tea can be flowery, fruity, and spicy or even have a nutty taste. Black tea, known for lowering the risk of stroke, contains antioxidants, which help reduce clotting of the arteries. Black Tea varieties include: Black Tea, Rose Black Tea, English Breakfast Black Tea, and Earl Grey Black Tea.

2. Chamomile Tea

Considered a floral tea, Chamomile has a very aromatic, fruity flavor and is a member of the daisy family. This tea helps with toothaches, insomnia, and muscle cramps, plus it reduces the swelling of skin irritations.

3. Green Tea

Green tea with its huge nutritional benefits is the most popular tea in Asia. Varieties include: Jasmine Green Tea, Jasmine Dragon Pearl, Green Peony Tea and Roasted Japanese Green Tea. After green tea is picked, it is dried using hot air. The leaves are then pan fried, but not fermented, which helps preserve the high nutrient and vitamin content. Vitamin C in green tea helps boost the immune system and promotes overall good health. Fluoride, found naturally in green tea, strengthens bones and prevents dental decay.

4. Oolong Tea

Oolong tea, known for aiding indigestion and lowering cholesterol levels, is made from large, mature trees. The leaves are left to wither after being picked, which removes moisture. Semi-fermentation happens after the leaves are left in the shade. Oolong tea has a a full-bodied taste, a pleasant aftertaste, and a sweet fruity aroma. Some varieties are: Jasmine Oolong Tea, Ice Peak Oolong Tea, Hairy Crab Oolong Tea and WUYI Rock Tea.

5. Red Tea

Grown in Africa, Red Tea is rich in antioxidants. This kind of tea has been proven to help boost the immune system, and is also caffeine-free. Varieties of Red Tea include: Florida Orange Red Tea, Organic Cape Red Tea, Organic Green Red Tea and Organic Green Summer Red Tea.

6. Rosebud Tea

A floral tea, Rosebud tea is made using rosebuds from a rose bush. The tea has a very sweet, floral aroma and a light, sweet taste; it is often brewed with other types of tea. Essential oils in this tea help aid circulation.

7. White Tea

Made by using very young tea leaves that are still covered in down, white tea leaves are not fermented. Instead, they are steamed and dried in the sun. Because of the lack of fermentation, white tea contains a high concentration of chemical compounds, known to help fight cancer. The brewed tea has a silver-white appearance because of the downy leaves. It has a sweet aroma and fresh flavor. White tea varieties include: Silver Needle, White Peony, and Jasmine Silver Needle.

8. Paraguay Mate

Very popular in South America, Paraguay Mate is brewed with spices and sipped with a straw from a gourd. The tea is used to aid many health problems, including depression, digestion, and boosting energy levels.

9. Wild Holy Tea

Wild Holy Tea has a bitter taste. It is used for medicinal purposes: to detoxify the body, aid in blood circulation and improve digestion. With regular consumption, Wild Holy Tea has been shown to help control blood pressure and obesity.

10. Milk Tea

The most popular tea in India and Sri Lanka is an Indian black tea mixed with spices. It’s called Milk tea because it is usually brewed with milk and spices, such as cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. Milk tea added with other types of tea, such as green tea, contributes to overall health.

Mesothelioma is a rare type of cancer in the general population. However, in individuals that were exposed to asbestos, it is not as rare. That’s because the only known, established cause of Mesothelioma is asbestos. There are experts that have speculated on other causes. There are incidences of Mesothelioma with no known asbestos exposure. However, that does not mean that there was no exposure. The right questions have to be asked. The person asking the question has to be familiar with the uses and applications of the asbestos products. There are many examples where inadequate occupational histories were taken and potential exposures were not investigated.

Asbestos the single largest cause. Asbestos has actually been in use for centuries and has been the cause of a number of ailments and diseases, including the deadly cancer Mesothelioma. The word Asbestos literally means inextinguishable and this name was given to this mineral by the ancient Greeks. The Greeks gave it this name because of its amazing fireproof qualities, although they also noted the harmful effects that asbestos had upon workers.

What is Asbestos? Asbestos is soft and flexible, and has been widely used for many years for a variety of things. The modern use for this mineral is for insulation, and it has been used in a wide range of items and structures, from ceilings and walls to toasters and hairdryers. This mineral became popular during the industrial revolution as an effective and safe form of insulation - safe in that it was fireproof, but certainly not safe in any other sense. Although the risks involved in using and working with asbestos had been observed several hundred years earlier, these risks were not taken into account when asbestos became widely used for insulation.

It was not until the 1900s that the facts regarding the risks involved to workers began to re-emerge. An English physician carried out a post-mortem on a man who had worked with asbestos for many years, and he found traces of fibers and dust in the man’s lungs. The doctor stated that the man had died due to his exposure to this mineral. Over the next twenty or so years professionals in many countries began to notice the fact that disease, illness and death was uncommonly high amongst asbestos workers.

In the mid 1920s, an English doctor made the first diagnosis of asbestosis, and this was followed by a study, which showed that 25% of English asbestos workers showed signs of a related lung disease. Laws were then stepped up in England to provide better ventilation and more protection to workers who were regularly exposed to asbestos. Other countries slowly followed these steps over the next decade.

This protection was slow to be implemented and did not prove all that effective. Although asbestos manufacturers and companies that used the mineral were now aware of these studies and the risks involved to workers, they continued to use asbestos widely, exposing many workers to the hazards associated with it. These employees continued to work with asbestos, totally oblivious of the harm that it was capable of causing. Asbestos continued to be widely used until the mid-seventies, by which time many workers has been exposed and were already unknowingly affected by what we now know as Mesothelioma.

Practical Feng Shui - Debunking the myths and finding out what we can actually learn from the ancients

Joey Lewitin

Most of the information that is available concerning Feng Shui is highly over-simplified. It often comes in the form of out-of-context eastern principals, mixed in with basic interior design horse sense from the west, to form a hybrid which many professional Feng Shui analysts agree can be as harmful as it is helpful. Feng Shui is more than just choosing certain colors, or “getting rid of clutter”, as many books and articles will have you believe. It is actually an extremely complex system of mathematical formulas that give highly specific advice based on the type of home, its layout, and its time of construction. There are no simple answers in Feng Shui, however there is something we can learn from the methods the ancients used to derive these principals.

Real Feng Shui is a system that has been evolving over thousands of years. The concept behind this design form is the idea that energy or “chi” flows through everything. Feng Shui is an attempt to maximize the flow of positive chi through a space to benefit the lives of the people within that setting. Feng Shui is originally based on the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text of mystical origins. Over the years successive schools of thought have come to dominate this decorative philosophy. As each new movement came to power, they refined the formulas and functions of previous schools. In this ongoing process of refinement, every possible arrangement of objects was tested against numerous people’s emotional and spiritual reaction to them over thousands of years. These reactions allowed the ancients to slowly improve their diagrams for the placement of objects.

This ancient mathematical formula for laying out the design of a setting does seem to be a sound method for improving the quality of a room’s décor. While this may be due to the ancients having determined the way chi flows, their real accomplishment might instead have been to develop a systemized mathematical representation of a wide scale, long term psychological study. While trying to determine the flow of energy, they may have instead determined the basic principals of design that elicit positive responses in humans, by experimentally testing and recording peoples reactions to different object settings.

Real Feng Shui is extraordinarily specific, and complex. The only way to do real Feng Shui is either to become a student of this art, and painstakingly learn the many principals and subtleties it requires, or to hire a professional to do an analysis and work over of your home. Either way, use of this design style requires a large sacrifice, and is outside the realm of most people’s time and money budget.

However, Feng Shui does teach us something that is very useful when decorating your home. The ancient thinkers who developed this idea derived it by simply paying attention to the feeling of objects in different spaces. This is a process that every person has it within their power to do. Everyone has taste, everyone has feelings. By simply getting in touch with your inner critic, you can become the source for your own personal Feng Shui. No matter how specific they were, a Philosopher from a thousand years ago is not going to understand the spiritual and emotional nuances of you, your family, and your home as well as you do. By using the strategy rather than the formula of Feng Shui, you can develop a highly personalized design that is a true expression of yourself.

Walk into a room, and see how it makes you feel. Notice the colors, the objects, and their placement. What do they evoke in you? Is the room comfortable? Is it calming or invigorating? Maybe there is something wrong in the room, even if you can’t tell exactly what it is, register that feeling. If you are attentive, you will start to get sensitive to the psychological influences that placement and design have on your own mind.

Color Colors have very strong and individual effects on people. Different shades will have radically different results on people’s mental behavior. Dark colors can either be relaxing or depressing, light colors can be uplifting or annoying, and extreme colors can be exhilarating or aggravating. Pay attention to how these colors make you feel. When you visit other peoples homes, or even their shops or offices, pay attention to the effect that walking into a room has on you. Sometimes you will enter a space and feel naturally relaxed. Other places can have a negative effect, making you feel uncomfortable or agitated for no apparent reason. Remember the colors and the shades of these rooms, especially if you have a particularly strong response to one.

Colors also affect the nature of interactions, and when you enter a new space you should always pay attention to the way people behave to one another. If there is a room in your home where people tend to get into arguments, reassess the colors in that room. Bright or extreme colors can irritate people’s eyes and increase their metabolism, making them more likely to fight. Darker rooms can put people in a bad mood and make them lethargic. Color and placement are not the only things that influence interactions, but by paying attention you may be able to understand the subtle influence it can have.

Flow In traditional Feng Shui, the goal is to maximize the flow of positive chi in an area. While you will probably not be able to detect the essence of the energy of a space, you can increase the feeling of flow in a room by paying attention to the way people and objects move through the space.

The flow you want to achieve is in the essence of the room. You want there to be easy access for people moving through the room, as well as in and out of it. You want objects to be able to move from their storage, into use, and back without adding to clutter. This kind of flow is a mixture of organization and design that focuses on removing blockages and allowing easy movement through every area.

You will be able to feel whether a room has flow just by walking into it. There are tiny currents of air that run through every space. We do not generally notice these currents, however using your intuition you can just barely perceive this air. The difference between greater and lesser currents will be translated into your mind as greater or lesser flow. As always, make yourself sensitive to the subtleties of the space.

EXPERIMENT It is important to allow yourself to be wrong. If you don’t make mistakes, you won’t learn anything. Pay attention to emotional variations you feel from placing different decorations and colors in different spaces. At a certain point, stop and simply exist in the room, remaining attentive to the feel of the space. Occasionally, make small changes, and observe the emotional and interactive differences.

If you don’t have the time or strength to constantly move furnishings and furniture around, then try visualizing different scenarios. Sit somewhere quiet, close your eyes, and imagine the room in a different style. Imagine yourself in the room, and try to incorporate every detail in the room into the setting. Feel how your emotions respond to such a setting. Pay attention to any problems you may feel. Allow yourself access to the subconscious of your mind, and trust its natural inclinations, as it will pick up on problems and solutions that you won’t consciously understand. Use color charts and pictures to help with the imagination process.

Feng Shui is a very respectable form of interior decorating with a long and rich history. However, it was originally based on simple trial and error, as ancient Chinese thinkers explored the many different ways that positioning and design can affect the most subtle workings of the human mind. Today you can try to recreate that method, by experimenting with yourself and your surroundings to produce a room that will affect you and your family in a positive way. While you probably won’t achieve the accuracy of the ancients in your first attempt, each try will educate you as to the style and design that suites you best as well as the way it affects you. Exploring this further can allow you a creative outlet enabling you to get in touch with the very basic nature of art that exists within you.

When Panasonic originally began assembling a brand new leading collection of TV’s somewhere around the year two thousand, their plan was:

(+) To deliver picture quality so reliably, in order that TV spectators would believe that they are not purely watching but actually witnessing the action at first hand.

(+) To reinforce the sense of “actually being there” by plunging the television spectators in amazing sound.

(+) To enhance the experience by building a shiny, elegant, yet totally inconspicuous television which wouldn’t divert the audience from any of the action happening on-screen. Why not visit Sound and Vision Online, to find cheap Panasonic 26 inch LCD Televisions.

(+) To make using the television as simple as physically possibly while additionally maximising its networking potential.

(+) To reflect this target, the latest television products was to be named VIERA: highlighting a new VIsion ERA. The end result came to be the biggest selling and award-winning VIERA range of Plasma & LCD TV’s that are available nowadays, awarding you the following benefits:

Image performance: Equipped with Panasonic’s personally developed V.Real II / V.Real Pro II technology - the conclusion of years of painstaking research and development covering the breadth of the broadcast chain from professional television cameras through to TVs in your homes - every VIERA brings visuals of stunning authenticity and beauty & puts you firmly at the central part of the flick!

Amazing sound: Featuring up to date digital tuners and some super-slim inconspicuous loudspeakers all contained in the sleek & slim casing of the Panasonic VIERA itself, V.Audio sound absorbs you in the on-screen life.

Glossy yet unobtrusive design: From the TV screen to the television stand, VIERA has graceful fluid lines that are more or less organic in appearance. This fresh method has been the quality of VIERA TV’s ever since the early days and offers the feeling of almost a “floating” screen - that does not divert you from the on-screen action. Moreover, VIERA TV’s have been produced from the ground up with the environment crucially in mind & feature refillable bamboo amps, lead free building, & best practice production.

Not too long ago, a friend of mine mentioned that one of his coworkers recently recovered his stolen identity. I asked how long the process took. “Only two years” he replied.

Compared to my business partner’s six year nightmare “only” maybe appropriate but like most victims of identity theft, he probably thought “when”. As in, “when will I get my life back?”

Privacy Rights Clearinghouse, a consumer nonprofit organization, reported that victims spend on average 175 hours trying to recover their identity, often over a period of years. Factor in out of pocket expenses, (usually over $1,500 according to the FTC) and recovery gets painfully magnified.

What are the steps to identity restoration? It starts with obtaining a police report. That report doesn’t mean other law enforcement agencies have been contacted. Yet you must do a complete search of local and federal law enforcement databases too find out if anything else, including criminal activity exists on your identity.

You’re also going to need the police report to contact the many and I mean many different agencies and organizations, including the Social Security Administration, The Federal Trade Commission, all of your financial institutions, the 3 major credit bureaus, the Passport Office,The Department of Motor Vehicles, the Post Office, as well as the Medical Information Bureau . All of these places must be sent a fraud notification alert. Concerning your financial institutions, get them to cancel your credit cards and close your bank accounts. Find out from your bank about any suspicious activity, such as accounts tampered with or opened fraudulently. Reopen new bank accounts with password verification.

Know your rights. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1992, you must be told not only what’s in your file but if that information is being used against you. The Federal Trade Commission recently expanded the rights available to victims of identity theft, including your right to get negative information due to fraud blocked from your records.

This brings us to the credit bureaus. Make sure your credit report reflects the identity theft and gets flagged with a fraud alert. Many victims have received assurances that the matter would be resolved, however months and sometimes years later, the credit bureaus have not cleared their records. This without a doubt ranks as THE biggest headache for identity theft victims.

Once a negative gets put on your record, it seems the credit bureaus refuse to remove it, in spite of the countless documentation you provide to them. This can affect you well into the future when buying a house, car or any other big ticket item. If you are going to do this by yourself, constant follow up is critical. That goes for all the organizations but especially the credit bureaus. Be diligent until the matter gets resolved. Getting a lawyer wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Stay Away from “credit repair companies”. No matter what they advertise, there’s usually nothing they can do to help you with identity theft. Some of them even offer to help you apply for credit under a new identity. Hello? When trying to eliminate fraud from your record you don’t want to create more fraud!

Advise the utility companies. It’s not just bank accounts and credit cards. Many identity thieves commit fraud by opening telephone accounts, purchasing cable television or establishing credit with the gas & electric companies, in the hopes it will go unnoticed for as long as possible.

If necessary get counseling. Identity theft can be a shattering experience mentally and emotionally. Victims and family members often feel violated. It’s not their fault of course but the feelings remain. A network of support groups and counselors exists if you need it.

The road back from identity theft can take years, cost a lot of money, and cause much stress and pain . But with follow up, support and belief that the nightmare will end…the nightmare WILL end.

Do First Impressions Make an Impact?

The image you create, your site, your dress, your attitude, your place of business has an enormous impact on
your long-term success.

Everything you do, say, write or publish all influences your future customer’s perception. The old aphorism is
true, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.”

Evaluate your business and personal image and ask yourself a few simple questions:

When a client contacts me, are their issues handled quickly?

Are you and/or your assistant both polite and professional?

Is your voicemail/email system systematized and prompt?

How soon do you return calls and/or emails?

Are you well-versed for the meeting with them?

Do you follow up with a personal touch after every meeting?

Make sure you are exceptional compared to the competition with marketing materials that really captivate your future prospect, especially if their first impression of you will not come from a face-to-face meeting.

People are naturally enchanted by others with confidence. Knowing your product and being a pupil of your discipline will result in a high level of self-respect.

Now, ponder to yourself and ask this question, “Would I want to work with this person?” If the answer
is still no, start breaking down the areas of your business and yourself that could use improvement and start to change today.

Old Town Pasadena which basically runs down Colorado Blvd. from Pasadena Avenue on the West to Marengo Avenue on the east and on either side of Colorado Blvd. from Holly St. on the north to Green St. on the south is quickly becoming one of Los Angeles Countys busiest and most entertaining local gathering places.

Day or night, weekday or weekend the area is always “jumpin”. People come from all over to dine, shop, visit art galleries, go to the movies, go dancing, listen to jazz and other types of music, be entertained by street preformers and most of all to relax and have fun in a safe, clean and pleasant atmosphere.

There are dozens of restaurants, most with outdoor patio dining, serving almost any type of ethnic or American cuisine you could wish for. There are night clubs offering a variety of entertainment, shops of all types, art galleries, antique stores, bakeries serving some of the best pastries found anywhere, movie theaters showing first run movies, book stores with coffee bars and if you like people watching, people of almost every nationality, culture and income, letting loose and having fun.

Park in one of the parking garages, on some of the side streets or avail yourself of the valet parking offered on the street in front of several of the restaurants and businesses and then walk to any place in Old Town. The city of Pasadena and the Old Town merchants and businesses have gone to great lengths to ensure your safety and well being without encroaching on your enjoyment of the area.

Go to the movies or take in a play, have a romantic dinner at JJ’s (one of the best steakhouses arround) and then go dancing at one of the nightclubs. Go with a bunch of friends, have a delicious Italian meal in a casual setting at Buca di Beppo go shopping or window shopping and then join the festive people crowding the streets. Go back to the 1940s and 1950s and have a burger, fries and a shake or malt while listening to jukebox music at Johnny Rockets or Ruby’s Diner, party to live music & DJ’s with dance music from the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s at Moose McGillycuddys, play pool on one of the 15 well maintained pool tables or watch a sports event on one of the big screen TVs at Jake’s Billiards or have a delicious cappuccino and pastry while people watching from one of the many bakeries with sidewalk seating.

As our population lives longer, the need for quality care for the elderly is growing and family members are frantically searching for creative alternatives that allow their loved ones to be part of the family and community for as long as possible. They’re also searching for options that help them feel good about their decision and that minimize the inevitable feeling of guilt.

Bob Phillips, owner of S.A.R.A.H. Adult Day Services in Strongsville knows from personal experience that his facility provides such an alternative for many families facing these difficult choices.

“My mother lived alone and was quite self-sufficient for 23 years. Then she broke her leg and everything changed,” explains Bob. “It was obvious she needed care during the day that our family couldn’t provide, but we weren’t comfortable with our options. We knew Mom didn’t need to be in a nursing home and home health care didn’t provide her social interaction with anyone but the home care aide.”

Shortly afterwards, Bob sought the advice of Dr. Merle Griff, an experienced Gerontologist in the Canton area. In 1985, Dr. Griff founded S.A.R.A.H. Adult Day Services in Canton. The more Bob spoke to her, the more interested he became in adult day care, not only as a customer but as a provider.

In October of 2001, after considerable research and planning, Bob and his wife, Rita, opened the Strongsville S.A.R.A.H. Center. See SARAH Adult Day for more information.

Rita Phillips designed the center’s interior to be reminiscent of ‘Grandma’s House.’ Victorian style furniture complete with lace doilies fills the living room, dining room and parlor. “Memories are important to the elderly. We want our clients to feel at home when they’re here,” says Rita.

More important to the center’s ‘homey’ atmosphere is the staff. S.A.R.A.H. employs six full time staffers, including an R.N., each of whom has a home health care background and experience working with seniors. “No one wants to think about leaving their loved one with strangers all day, but once our families meet our staff, they no longer seem like strangers,” offers Bob.

Seniors that attend the center enjoy the company of other seniors. Nutritious meals, snacks and the scheduled activities further promote good physical, mental and emotional health. Clients, both men and women, take part in crafts, music, exercise and socializing time. Rita’s father, the accordion-playing Steve Saporita, is a favorite, “We enable our clients to do things that they just wouldn’t do in home care,” Bob boasts. “It’s important to everyone’s emotional and mental health to experience these types of interactions, especially seniors. They really enjoy it.”

In terms of costs, one day of care at the center typically costs less than three hours of home care. Clients also receive medical and nutritional care throughout the day. Healthy meals are provided and clients are encouraged to eat properly. Medicines are given at the right time and in the proper dosage. Personal hygiene is also important. “Our staff showers clients if necessary, takes them to the rest room and handle any incontinence problems that may occur. We have a 1-to-4 staff-to-client ratio, so services are provided in a timely and caring fashion,” Bob states.

The Strongsville S.A.R.A.H. Center has recently received Certification as a Senior Approved Service. For a free Quality of Service Report see Certified Senior Approved “I was overwhelmed by the response this survey revealed of our client’s perspective of how we provide services,” says Bob. “It made us both proud and humble. Now we feel our job is to educate more and more people of the sandwich generation who embrace day care centers as valuable resources for their children, but might not be aware that the same principles hold true at adult centers for their parents.”

Everyone who owns a puppy or dog will eventually have to deal with and correct less than desirable behaviors on the part of their companion animal. There are a number of behaviors that should be nipped in the bud, including:

Jumping up on people: This is one of those behaviors that many owners inadvertently encourage in their animals, since jumping up, wagging his tail and the like can be adorable in a young puppy. When that puppy is older, larger and heavier, however, this jumping up behavior ceases to be cute and begins to become annoying and even dangerous.

A large, heavy dog jumping up on people can be dangerous to young children and even to some adults, since a large, 100 pound plus dog can easily knock down a child or small adult. Since you as the owner are responsible for the behavior of your dog, it is important to nip this problem behavior in the bud.

The best time to do that, of course, is when the puppy is still small and easy to handle. When the puppy jumps up on you or someone else, gently place the puppy’s feet back on the floor. When the dog remains standing there, be sure to praise it extensively.

It is also important to give the puppy an alternative to jumping up. Puppies jump up on people to express their enthusiasm, so it is important to redirect this energy in a more socially acceptable direction. Try teaching the puppy to present his paw instead of jumping up.

When teaching the puppy to not jump up on people, it is important to be consistent. Consistency is important in any training program, and all members of the family must understand that the puppy is not permitted to jump on them.

Pulling, charging and tugging on the lead: One problem you definitely want to nip in the bud is this one. It is important that the puppy learn to respect the collar and leash now, when he is still small and light enough to handle. Teaching this lesson to a 10 pound puppy will be much easier than teaching the same lesson to a 150 pound dog.

Using a good strong body harness or head collar can be a big help when training a puppy not to pull, or to retrain a dog that has already learned to pull on the leash. When first fitting a harness, it is important to allow the puppy to walk around wearing it, so that he can get used to wearing it.

The first thing your puppy must learn, and the basis of all subsequent training, is teaching your dog to heel. Teaching your dog to walk quietly at your side on a loose lead is the basis of all dog training, and until your puppy has mastered this vital skill he will be unable to move onto more advanced training.

When walking with a puppy on a leash, it is important to always keep slack in the leash. If the puppy begins to pull on the leash, the handler should quickly change directions. The puppy will then find itself lagging behind instead of forging ahead. The least will be loose except for the split second it takes to change directions. It is important for the handler to use a quick tug of the leash, followed by an immediate loosening, when teaching this lesson.

When teaching the puppy to walk properly, it is important to never allow the puppy to pull you around, or to forge ahead on the leash. Allowing the puppy to pull you around will teach him exactly the wrong lesson.
